The new Greyhound station is perfect for a weekend getaway. Everything is close by including food, shopping and lodging. The waiting area is not too crowded and is kept clean. The bus ride itself is comfortable and pleasant. Free online movies is always a plus.
Well, the Willits pick up point is at the McDonalds not the gas station up the road. If your gps takes you to where you can pump gas you're in the wrong place and hope you're not on foot. The bus had some maintenance issues that delayed us 2 hours, however they were professional and efficient in the repair .
Even at 2:00am if you're passing through to another destination and need to rest in a chair, the Security Guards are compassionate. Also, on nearby Mission Street there is a Muni Bus #14 operating 24/7. Salesforce tower and rooftop Park are heavenly and next door. LOVE IT!
Awful. This past sunday i traveled from San Francisco to Rocklin. The departure time was 630am. The bus didn't show up till 11 am. The 2 ladies working were rude and didn't provide any information. The worst was yet to come.. the driver was loud rude and disrespectful. She was horrible. I finally ended up taking a lift ride to Rocklin because the driver took too long.
Clean and well-lit even at 6am. Office on the second floor was already open even thought the sign said open at 630am. The lady behind the counter was very polite and helpful. The buses are on the third floor. I had two large pieces of luggage so had to find elevators and the signs are east to miss. The greyhound logo is at the bottom and not as prominent but once I saw it the directions became easy. The escalators weren’t on this early in the morning but the elevators were. You can take the elevator to the third floor to get the bus even though the greyhound logo isn’t listed in the elevator for that floor
To catch a Greyhound bus out of San Francisco you have to go upstairs and also the ticketing agent is upstairs too. You can take the elevator or the escalator and I prefer the elevator because I use a walker.
Very convenient at the new San Francisco Salesforce center. Clean buses, you can keep your electronics charge, plus wifi. Great drivers. Smooth rides.
Nice place..My only concern was that the lobby was locked at 10:45 pm and we were left on the balcony to wait for our bus.
The sweet thing is that there was a lady(greyhound staff) on the lobby with us and she was giving us updates about the bus.
I will love to take the bus again
